He went way above and beyond, to ensure not only my front door and windows were functioning correctly, but he also took additional time (no charge) to fix my garden shed door that was built and installed by a person who called himself a carpenter. Todd, and his full office / shop support crew, have been great to work with on several projects. Their windows / doors are highest quality and they understand how projects run - adapting as needed with professionalism and a desire to see the best possible results for our clients. Have not had a warranty call yet, but confident any issue will get solved appropriately. Definitely recommend.
