I had been calling around all morning for a same day delivery on a gift for a friends birthday. No fault to the other stores, I have a bad habit of last minute buying. After speaking with Kristy she let me know that same day delivery is only available for flowers, but that she could make a call to some delivery services and see what they could do for me as I am stuck in mandatory isolation. Within 5 minutes Kristy has called me back and says they can deliver my order today at a very reasonable rate, and then she proceeded to help me find the perfect gift as I know very little about the spiritual powers of the crystals and the blessings of the candles. With her help I was able to arrange a gift I believe my friend will love, and all in time to brighten up her birthday. To top it all off, Kristy even called me back after the transaction and added a custom birthday message to the order. Above and beyond customer service, 7/5 stars!

Such a cute little shop with so much inventory! I went in yesterday afternoon to check the place out after a recommendation from a friend to go there to replace my broken Himalayan Salt Lamp. I wish I remembered to asked the name of the wonderful woman who was so kind and patient while I was picking one out. It is safe to say The Zen Shop will be my go-to from now on!
