It's a really great concept but it was a bit too crowded for covid, in my opinion. The kids loved it so much though. Totally worth the price! Friendly staff.

Arrived on a Thursday with the kids. I read the testimonials on the website regarding COVID-19. When we arrived I was happy to see that Kidtropolis has all the protocols in place to protect us and them which is great to see. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the cleanliness of this place is by far the best I’ve seen at any facility. After the 2 hours of amazing fun, the gentleman that guided us and asked if we wanted to come back again after they sanitize the place? Free of charge as he mentioned! My wife and I were so happy and excited to hear it would be free. My 2 boys loved it! We would have stayed but it was nap time but hopefully next time we take that opportunity if it is presented to us again. Thank you Kidtropolis for making our day extra awesome for us!
Kidtropolis is a super cool place themed like a little town. Lots of spots for kids to act and use their imagination. Great price, and adults are free when accompanying a child.
Great place for both very young kids, as well as the older ones. I'm very impressed with their current covid protocol; you book your 2 hour time slot in advance & only a certain number of families are allowed in at once. They sanitize between each time slot & temperature check everyone at the door. There's also a little Cafe, a couple of toonie operated massage chairs & some of the friendliest, most helpful staff members you'll ever meet. (Mike is awesome - if you've been there, you definitely know who I'm talking about). It's a great indoor play space for the colder, darker winter months - as well as something safe to do during covid.
Kidtropolis is kid heaven (which means it’s a pretty great parent heaven too). There are many unique play and learning opportunities for children, all in a safe, clean and beautiful environment. Our daughter absolutely loves playing here and gets stimulated creatively, mentally and physically. During COVID, the booking system is great, the protocols made us feel very safe, and staff are always keeping the place organized. Can’t imagine a better way to spend a day with the kids. On top of all this, the management went above and beyond to make our toddler happy when she was devastated to be leaving (who wouldn’t be!). Thank you Kidtropolis team!
