Overview & Projects The WorkPlace Group (Divisions of Special Needs Employment Services Inc.) For over 35 years, The WorkPlace Group has contributed to the employment success of thousands of residents and business owners throughout Sarnia Lambton as well as supporting hundreds of clients who have chosen self-employment. With a commitment to diversity, our services are inclusive for able bodied clients and those living with physical and learning challenges. Our Projects include The WorkPlace and WorkPlace Solutions, both located in Sarnia. The organization operates under the guidance of an Executive Board of Directors, comprised of dedicated volunteers representing various sectors within the Sarnia Lambton business community. Our Directors have extensive experience in both the private and public sectors and bring vast business knowledge to the organization. In 2001, The WorkPlace Group began providing consulting and fee for service options for individuals and businesses who requested services that were not offered within the realms of our other service units. WorkPlace Solutions delivers employment supports for individuals through the Ontario Disability Support Program.
