Few days ago they sold me rolling tobacco that was so dry and stale it must of been expired. The filters they sold me also very stale they were made in 2018. Rolling tobacco isn't cheap big dissatisfaction. GET RID OF YOUR NORTHFIELD ROLLING TOBBACO. IT IS OLD AND STALE
I have placed an order on July 4th for a pickup and still no update from the shop regarding whether the order is ready to be picked up. It's been over a month now and I don't think it takes this long to have my order ready. Update- I do appreciate the quick response. Thank you for that. I have not requested my order to be shipped (although you do have that option on your website). I am totally on board with you following the by-laws and to ensure your product does not get into the wrong hands. That being said- the email confirmation clearly states that I would be notified once my order is ready for pickup. I'm sure as a consumer, you would expect a follow-up. With respect, please let me know if that is a fair expectation.
The place is clean and there is a very nice girl behind the counter that was very helpful to my son and I. That being said the entrance way into this establishment does not provide a wheel chair button to allow my son to come in with out assistance. The transition threshold is smooth however. I look forward to seeing your company making further effort in making your business accessible to all.
