This hotel is Disgusting. Phone doesn't work No ice, broke doors,smells has not been cleaned... 5 star price for a 1 sta r hotel Service here is unacceptable..

There are standards when you call for a reserve a room at this motel. The first is to inform guests of hidden costs that you plan on charging and informing the guests before they drive 2 & half hrs to stay at your Motel! 200.00 a night turned into 700.00 for damages. the excuse was told to us its the manager that ordered this, well maybe the manager should be present to look the guests in the face and tell them they are going to wreck/damage a room before they even check in!! As a self employed husband that was takin my wife out for a overnight break being a duel front line worker and to be blindsided and insulted with these statements is discussting at best. A motel thats rated at a 4.5 and treat guests like this need to look in the mirror at the way they operate!!! will never darken the door to give them my business!!!!!

Actually a 3.5. Room was pretty good, the tub was a little short and what was to be a queen bed was only a double. Having a kitchen was a nice change and there was a washer and dryer....didn't need to use it, only stayed 1 night. There was a balcony, which was very nice with a view of the Credit River and Lake ON., but, would have been better if there was some patio chairs etc.

My fiancé and I decided to get married after 3 years of courtship. We wanted something small and intimate and at a place that would cater to us and our guests. Initially, our wedding was booked at another venue. We changed date 3 times due to covid19. Our venue decided to stay closed even after stage 3 opened in Mississauga so we had to find another venue that could host our wedding. With recommendations from our venue we found The Waterside Inn. We were very anxious about changing venue amid a pandemic. We toyed with the idea of postponing our wedding, but we took the leap and book The Waterside Inn. From the first meeting to the final invoice the professionalism, expertise and excellent service by Marlene made the entire process comfortable and a very pleasant experience. It went better than expected. There are many venues and planners out there who “work” for themselves, not the client. This venue and planner are not one of them. It was as great an experience, as promised and I can strongly recommend the waterside Inn and Marleen. The venue was very flexible, the staff was extremely friendly, provided excellent service, everyone was easy to work with and did everything with a smile, the table presentation and service was warm, caring and totally professional. The food and wine were excellent!! The service far exceeded our high expectations.!!! It's very evident that this company cares and valued ours and their business. A huge thanks to all the staff & management for their very kind and courteous assistance in making our wedding celebration so perfect! Thank you for exceeding the typical customer service. You all ROCK!!
