I recently moved to the area and found myself looking for a good place to do my laundry. Someone suggested The Wash Laundry. When I walked in I immediately was pleased with how clean everything was. I also saw that it was very secure with all the video camera's. The prices were very comparable to others in Hamilton and the machines were in excellent condition. I knew that I had found a gem in the city and that I would be back for sure. Then I met the owner and the woman (Sara) who works there. These people are so amazing. As a disabled person I sometimes find it hard to do my laundry and they are right there with a smile willing to help me in any way. I can not say enough good things about the staff or facilities at The Wash Laundry Service. Give them a try, you will not be sorry. Sincerely N. Griffin

Our washing machine broke recently and we have to wait a few weeks for the parts to come in. In the meantime I've been making use of the incredible facilities at \The Wash\, and I have NOT been disappointed! The whole place is immaculate. The machines are brand new and really well set up to make doing several loads at once a breeze. There's a machine to make change, which is super convenient; and the owner/manager was on site and very helpful and kind when I came in. I cannot recommend this place enough!
The Wash is simply perfect, the machines are wonderful and so was the staff. The place was spotless and clean. I was aided by Sara today who was extremely professional and very helpful. If you are looking for the right place to do laundry this is it Clean, efficient, and great value for money.
First time there and I was the only one there - it was great ! Wash and dry done in one hour. Only downside was I could not find the Wifi password anywhere.
New machine and clean. But it should take more than 30min to dry clothes
