Over the past 4 months I have been working with Elise at The Vocal Warrior Studio. This has been one of the best professional development choices I have ever made. She has helped me realize the potential of my voice in a short amount of time. Her techniques have moved me forward with confidence. It is so exciting to get curious and explore my vocal capabilities by getting out of my comfort zone. Her guidance is always with me in practice, rehearsals, on stage and writing melodies. She is a true gem and I feel blessed to have the opportunity to work with such a highly skilled teacher.

I studied with Elise for about 7 years, and I had a life changing experience. Without Elise’s guidance, I would have never become the singer I am today! Elise encouraged me not to become a better singer, but she also helped me to become a better person. Elise has a compelling, loving, and positive energy which uplifts her students and lets them take risks to make them a better performer. On top of assisting to build vocal strength, building range, and building strength as a performer, Elise also helps students become aware of vocal health, helps students express their truth, and helps her students to build confidence to take on the world! Without Elise, I would have never been able to be studying at my dream school Sheridan College as a musical theatre student. I could never thank Elise enough and I am so glad to call her a mentor a friend. I would recommend Vocal Warrior studio to people who are on any part of their vocal/ singer path. Whether you are a beginner or have been singing for a while, Elise will have something to offer you!
Working with Elise has been empowering. Vocal empowerment work needs us to lean in fully, be vulnerable, recognize our fears and learn to be kind with ourselves as we face these fears head on. Life’s about being empowered wherever we might be and in whatever we might be doing, and gently sharing that empowerment with those around us. The world needs more empathy, more music and more healing, but for all this, we need to start with ourselves. Working with Elise put me on a path to inner freedom, and helped me recognize my role in this collective global effort to heal our souls and work towards a more compassionate future. I originally went to Elise for help with my teaching, to strengthen my voice and learn to conserve my energy better. We have covered SO much more ground than that! I can honestly say what I have learned from Elise has changed my life so much for the better. She is fun, compassionate and wise. Absolutely recommended.

I have known Elise now for almost 3 years and she has been one of the greatest influences for me as a singer.
