Brought in 2 lampshades to be recovered and while the turn-around was super fast, I wasn't in love with the finished product. I brought my lamps into the store and the ladies helped me pick out an alternative that was awesome—I was stunned when they didn't charge me a cent more. If there was an award for customer service, it goes to the Victoria Lampshade Shop.
