I called before hand to make sure that I was able to print the documents there. Ted was extremely professional and helpful and gave me all the information over the phone. When I got there it took a few minutes only and I was on my way with my printed documents! Very happy with their service. I love that we have this location in our neighborhood.

During COVID19, I would expect companies to post advisories on their site if locations are open, truly open, or if closed UFN. The locations of the UPS Stores are showing they are open, but they are NOT OPEN. I won't bother going back when they do open; I'll stick with an actual post office for service. I traveled to TWO locations showing as OPEN online, yet were CLOSED. If a company can't keep its ONLINE presence / data current, I doubt their service & supplies are good either.
This UPS went above and beyond anything I would have expected! After working with numerous design companies over the past 15 years, I have never worked with designers more creative,flexible and accepting as Kaitlyn, Brad and Bart. We arrived at this shop with a really tight timeline and our information all over the place. We walked out with one of the most exceptional logos I have ever seen and our flyer told our story beautifully - all packaged and printed in record time! We were so grateful that our message was so strong. I would recommend this store without hesitation and couldn't praise them high enough!
Andre Trudeau and Kelvin Fey or the UPS/Instant Imprint are the most professional and proactive team I have ever worked with. I recently needed a 'green screen' for video production. Not only did I receive the product quickly at a fair price, Andre, with a fabrication background customized a frame that allowed me to transport the green screen rather than having to limit my use to one location. They have a strong customer service attitude and will go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. I have used them for business cards, creating business materials, banners, and now the green screen. They are simply "the BEST".
