I wouldn't bother with this location. I showed up at 9 am this morning at opening time, and after waiting around for 10 minutes outside the locked door, I left. There was nobody working here! It seems their business hours are more of a guideline at this location. I then travelled to the Langley location instead, the service there was good, and the lady working at the counter was helpful. Maple Ridge location, you could learn how to run a business from your colleagues in Langley! One more thing I noticed, which really speaks to the level of effort put into each location. From peering through the window at the Maple Ridge store I noticed a lot of clutter, with items seemingly just tossed all over the place, and it looked a bit dirty. Walking into the Langley location afterwards was like a breath of fresh air, the store was really tidy, had working photocopiers that seemed up to date, they were well organized, and perhaps most importantly, open during business hours!

Always an unfortunate experience. I look forward to providing honest feedback if the business owner would like to discuss, but at this time I will report that during every encounter with this store in the past few years have been very disappointing. The service is always less than helpful and even with simple tasks such as drop-off or pickup have incredibly difficult. Please make things right if you have any consideration for your customers who wish to engage in positive interactions with you and your store.
The worst UPS staff I've ever seen. It was like he didn't happy to see me and did everything not to help me. One of my boxes was 19.1 kg he didn't accept this one because he said it's too heavy. So I need to drive 15 km to langley to send that box. Because there is no any other UPS store in Maple Ridge. In Langley UPS; 19.1 kg was not an issue . How that can possible? Each store set their own standards!
I took a package 19x44 ,he wouldn't take it to big (size limit)he said. Buti went to the ups store in port coquitlam, they took it
O stars would be more appropriate. The service from this store is absolutely brutal. I hate having to make a return at this location as the guy at the counter is super rude and awful to deal with. UPS in general I find to be the worst. Avoid at all costs.
Rude employee, boxes all over the floor and the office looks like the inside of a dumpster. Notice the common theme with all of these negative reviews? I cannot fathom how any legit reviewer had a positive experience at this place . A shady way to operate a business.
Absolutely the worst customer service. No help at all. Talks over you and says your not listening. When in fact he won't let you talk to explain anything . Tells me to call a 1800 number if only he got some skills in listening and customer service.
I’m beyond furious at what I was told at this store. Came in to mail a parcel to the UK on 21/12, and was told it would be there by 24/12 with UPS (DHL) Express. Told it would be picked up on 22/12 in the afternoon, and would be able to track it starting in the late afternoon on 22/12. Paid over 200 for Express Worldwide for a small (albeit moderately heavy) package. I start tracking it on the 22nd, and lo and behold, the delivery date is now 29/12 and DHL told me there’s no way it would have got to my parents house in the UK from here by Christmas Eve and are not sure why the clerk would have told me this. I knew it wasn’t going to get there before Christmas, I would have mailed it with Canada Post and saved myself a HUGE amount of money. I specifically paid to send it here to give it the best chance of getting there on Christmas Eve. Honestly, I feel like I was upsold to an expensive service with false hope. 100% he knew it wouldn’t be there but saw me for the mug I was and took me for the . Feel like I’ve been mugged. Please avoid this place. I knew deep down I should have sent it FedEx, and I’m kicking myself for not doing so. When I told him I’d check the price with FedEx, he said “they won’t be any cheaper or quicker” - and as it was 5pm already, I had no choice but to go for it. I’m so so annoyed at both myself and the owner of this store. Shady af.
