EXPENSIVE SCANNING For scanning documents and sending them to your own email address: Each confirmation page .22 Each page that is scanned is .75 (black and white) Each email that you send is 1.00 I had 12 pages to scan and I only wanted two emails to be sent to my email address but I was charged for 4 emails. The total charge was 15.68. I would not recommend this place. It's better to buy your own scanner/printer. I ended up paying for this because the scans were already sent to my email. Also, the customer service rep. did not disclose all the prices before I started to scan. He only told me that it would be 1 for each email. ***************** Review update Thank you for your prompt reply. In regards to your response, the issue here is the pricing. It is far too expensive. I do recognize that I failed to see the SMALL signage of COVID 19 on the side of the machine. Maybe this signage should be larger. Also, the customer rep. said it was okay for me to do it on my own. He said that he would wipe down the machine after I was done with it. In the future, I will ask if there are additional charges, that was my mistake. The only information that I received from the customer rep. was "1 for ever email sent". When I was finished the jobs, he asked me how many pages I had (which I thought was odd) but then I realized that he was charging for every page. The customer rep. needs to improve on their communication skills. They should have said "just so you are aware, these are all the fees associated with scanning..." The customer shouldn't wait until they get to the cash register to find out about all the fees. Also, while I was organizing my pages, you could have told me the fee breakdown.

Every time I have to go to UPS and go to this location (closest to me), I ALWAYS not even exaggerating have to wait over 30 minutes for something. Other places I have been to (Canada Post) never takes 30 minutes for ONE person. It causes a delay for everyone waiting and it just very disruptive. Please have a better system or at least hire more than one employee. If I didn’t have to come to UPS I wouldn’t.

Kamiyab, the guy at the counter was so rude. All he had to do was ctlP. He made me wait there for 15 minutes while shipping packages for ladies who came in store after me. And when I requested to please print my papers, he completely ignored. Almost like he was doing that deliberately for some reason. This UPS usually had good service, this guy I don't know what his problem was.

I visited the store yesterday afternoon and couriered my package. This email is to compliment the service staff Mr. Kamyab who handled my package. He came across as a patient and a customer-friendly employee. He was knowledgeable about his products and made a positive impression while maintaining COVID protocols. This email is to compliment him and the organization. Keep up the great work Kamyab!

Walked in and was told after paying a 50%deposit to pay the full balance. Suspicious to say the least. Opened my product- scratches across the front of each printed gift certificate- completely unacceptable and not suitable to give to customers. Cashier stated “I didn’t touch them” and was comfortable with me leaving the premises with the unsuitable product. I asked for a full reprint to which I was told that it’s because I choose to print in store. I was offered an additional 10% off future printing that I declined as I will not be using this stores facilities again. I will be escalating this issue with UPS head office. Advice- keep receipt and completely check your product before leaving the store. I will update this post with recommendations for preferred printing venues shortly.
