From the looks of the presentation centre, the floorplans and the exterior, this building looks like a great addition to the area. Very excited about the food hall concept on the lower level. The gym, yoga and outdoor amenities space on the rooftop is a great feature.

My husband and I, along with our two fur babies, had the pleasure of living in the Underwood for 9 months. We moved across last November from Scotland and it was a stressful process trying to secure a place right off the plane, however, Trevor was more than accommodating and helped direct us to the paperwork we required to secure our unit. The building is extremely clean, secure and the tenants as well as the staff are top class...we even made some really great friends here! I think we maybe had one minor issue in the 9 months we were there and Trevor swiftly resolved this, which we really appreciated. We moved at the end of Sep this year due to buying a home but i felt it was necessary to give an honest review that i wouldn't hesitate recommending this beautiful condo to anyone. I also have to say that the security at reception (Connor, Ralph, Aries (sp?)) and a couple others that i can't quite remember the names of, are so friendly! Thanks for making us feel at home and a huge thanks for remembering our dogs' names as it is little things like that which make a huge difference. One final comment would be to say a big thanks to Trevor as you are extremely busy all the time and always make time to say hello, which we really appreciated. Your efforts are/were very much noticed.
We truly had a five star experience with The Underwood from the very first interaction on the open house viewing to moving in. The service we received were very efficient with no issues at all. The location is perfect and so is the building itself. We love our apartment and every bit of living in this building. I thought of sharing more picture as I felt it didnt have enough to say how amazing it is! As a renter I had to visit many places to find a good living place in Calgary and the Underwood made to the top of the list by a great margin. Hope this review helps you renters as I know the pain of apartment hunting ) oh must say the furry friends you meet in and around this place is just icing on the cake!!!
We've only lived here 2 weeks but so far we absolutely love our unit and the building. However, more importantly, the management here is fantastic. Dealing with Trevor and his team during the leasing and moving process was an absolute pleasure (especially when compared to my previous condo). Highly recommend.

This building is amazing! My unit has incredible views from sunrise to sunset. Everything I need is here and everyone has treated me like royalty. I’ve never been this excited to move!!
We are so excited that the Underwood Tower will be our new home! Our suite is beautiful with magnificent views, great space, and upgraded fixtures and furnishings. The building's amenities are exactly what you'd like to expect but rarely get! The heritage building at the base of the tower is very special, tying together historical past and modern architecture and innovation. Truly attractive is the purpose-built rental concept, with units and amenities designed for and catering to the actual residents instead of non-resident condo owners. Can't wait to move in!
Location is great. Beautiful view and apartments are well appointed. Sadly, the bedroom is so small you don't have any space for any furniture besides a bed and tiny bedside table. Most importantly, with the construction of the market on the first 2 floors of the building, you hear construction inside your apartment all day long. It's the construction noise that sounds like your next door neighbor is constantly hammering in pictures or using a jackhammer on your ceiling...all day. The loud construction noise can be heard loudly for the lower half of the building.
