I had an absolute fantastic experience. Ordered a power rack combo for a great price and it was in stock - which many places cannot say these days. Best thing is it was ready for pickup within 12 hours. I emailed a question to see if everything would fit in my minivan, and then received a response asap. Pickup was easy. Followed the instructions, and the text updates on where I was in line were great. I received everything within 10 minutes. Not sure where these negative reviews are coming from. Some people may need to adjust their expectations as we're in the middle of a pandemic and the demand for fitness equipment is at an all time high

Great service and very safe covid protocol put in place. I had to wait for 45 minutes in a line via there app. Then I was sent a message saying your item is ready I only waited for 5 minutes. Service was amazing!! Great work
Purchased an amazing Horizon 7.8AT treadmill from The Treadmill Factory in Markham, ON. This purchase was initiated online and completed with the assistance of Kyle Dow. Kyle made this purchase an excellent experience. He touched base with us to keep us updated on shipping and all other details involved with our purchase. The treadmill arrived in perfect condition without even a dent in the box all the way from the warehouse in Ontario to Prince Edward Island! Very impressive for a 398lb treadmill!! Shipping cost was very reasonable and speed of shipping also very reasonable. Overall I am an extremely happy customer with the product, the shipping, the customer service, and overall purchasing experience! Definitely highly recommend this company to anyone considering making a purchase.

I recently ordered an XM Infinity power rack combo which included a barbell and a set of bumper plates (pairs of 10,15,25,35 and 45 lbs) from the Markham location. As someone who had never used any weights other than power blocks, I had a lot of questions from the get go. I dealt with sales rep Kyle and he was immediately able to work with me and come up with a package that included exactly what I had researched and knew I wanted. Once I placed the order, shipping was near instant and tracking was easy to follow all the way to my door. Not bad at all for such a heavy order, and I thought the shipping price was fair. As for the equipment, I couldn't be happier. Quality is top notch. The barbell and plates are fantastic. The power rack is a monster and It went together with no issues. I cant wait to slowly add more of the XM accessories to it. Building a home gym was a huge investment for me but I am happy I went with treadmill factory!!
