Excellent service from both Mark and Mohammad! I recently purchased a stationary bike. After assembling it we saw that due to a manufacturer defect the handlebars were not sitting securely. I contact The Treadmill Factory and received an immediate response to my inquiry. Mohammad and Mark ensured that I received the replacement part quickly without any hassles. Kurtis was a pleasure to work with. he went above and beyond his job duties to help me out. I must've called or emailed multiple times and I was always met with a helpful pleasant guy. He's the reason I opted to furnish two home gyms from Treadmill Factory.
The customer service at this store was absolutely amazing. I was greeted at the door by a young man named Mohani, I believe. I walked in with minimum knowledge of fitness equipment and what would give me the best results with my weight loss. The staff were extremely patient and supportive even with the store being busy, and my never ending questions. Not only did I receive my equipment, I also received some friendly advise on other workouts for weight loss that might help me. I walked out with so much more than I was expecting to receive. Even behind that mask, he looked super cute.
Don’t waste your time. They don’t let anyone go inside. Wait time for equipment is 4 to 5 months. And they will not pick your phone. Previous reviews about bad experiences r true Replaying— So i came for xm fitness power rack combo which this photo saying you have in stock. The guy on front door told me that there is 4 month backorderd . There must be some serious misunderstanding between you and the guy attending customer at front door, ok you don’t have product to sell that i get it but at least he can do be nice to customers.
