We have booked 4 dates for the year right before corona happened. Now that with corona it was closed and now I am keep contacting with them to discuss about refunding full or partial or to discuss what health and safety measures they are taking. No one is responding my voice message, text message or email. It was a 630 deal for any 4 week days a week. anyone has any idea what can I do?

Booked a birthday party at the Toy Hutch on March 28, on March 13 I asked to cancel due to covid. They refused to give me back a refund, they closed their doors and are no longer in business.
Owner took our deposit and closed their doors. Won’t return texts, emails or phone calls. All we wanted was a refund for money we put down on our children’s birthday party. The business has now completely closed its doors, and are in the process of clearing out the space. Extremely unethical way of handling business. Owner was an absolute idiot to deal with right from the beginning, I shouldn’t have ignored the red flags... extremely unorganized and very unprofessional
It's an ok place for a small kid birthday party. Theres a big bouncy slides and a monster bouncy castle.Therrs also a small spot for toddler area to play.
