I am a good veterinarian. I am terrified of computers. When Microsoft emailed us saying our windows 7 would no longer be supported I started to panic. 16 terminals would need to be upgraded, new hard drives, more ram plus printers, wifi, networking etc etc etc..... I would rather have root canal. Roman and his team were AMAZING! He outlined a plan and prioritized it. Made excellent suggestions that made both Buisness and computer sense. They executed the plan on time, on budget ( plus a bunch of extra stuff they didn’t charge for). Even when we encountered a hiccup on our end they rolled with it without missing a step.
