Good variety of menu items and value for money. Busy lunch crowd, but plenty of seating. Can also order to go. SAIT students work on set days. I'd eat here regularly if I worked downtown.

Enjoyed an amazing quinoa chicken salad. Prices not bad for downtown Calgary and service was quick. Fast casual styled restaurant with an amazing variety of choices. Great program by SAIT giving the students firsthand experience in running a restaurant.

The breakfast I had here was pretty plain and dry. For the price that I paid for, it's not worth it. Portion size could be better. #ChucksFoodventure
