The Spa Spot has given exceptional service over the past year. The hot tub was delivered ahead of schedule and was in perfect condition. We purchased our hot tub last March and since then have come to the store for supplies, the General Manager is very informative and helpful. He always takes the time to answer your questions. I was a new hot tub owner and he gave me the confidence and advice to properly care for it. It’s easier than you think!

Cole made our purchasing experience a breeze... he has an advanced knowledge of the product and operations, along with knowing which product would best suit our needs. I had a very informative and educational experience ( this was our very first spa purchase). After the purchase, he walked us through the management and operations of our spa and answered all our queries!! I would highly recommend Spa Spot for a stellar customer experience! And I can’t forget Shayden who delivered our beautiful product!! He did a fantastic job with setting up our spa and walking me through the details of the product and also ensured I was comfortable with the product and opening/closing the cover etc. before he left. Bought a American Whirlpool model 481 at the Spa Spot in Grande Prairie and it has been great. I have had a Beachcomber for years and liked it but this American Whirlpool model 481 jets are so much better and its quieter. We received great service from Colton, he was not pushy was helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend the Spa Spot if your looking for a new hottub.

Excellent service and product. We were promised delivery on a stat holiday and were so impressed with the delivery and professional installation. We love our new tub. The instructions given for maintenance were clear and easy to understand and so far the UV system has worked great for us. Best of all no more floaty chlorine things in the water.

We bought our 11x8 hot tub in December at the spa spot from Cole in Grande Prairie. He made sure we were well taken care of and had all the accessories we needed to get the best experience we could with our first hot tub! We absolutely love it and couldn't be more happy with our purchase- owning a hot tub is easy when dealing with these people- always treated us good and welcomed us with a smile!
