Terrible experience dealing with a digital download code that The Source offered. Unknown to me, it was to be fullfilled through a 3rd party (solutions2go). I won't go into detail, but the whole experience (5calls to customer service with no help) was absolutely horrible and extremely frustrating. In the end I'm eating the cost of the download and never shopping with the source again. UPDATE : The source seems to think they bear no responsibility for the failure of the third party to deliver on the purchase. They have basically told me that there is nothing that they can do. UPDATE 2: I called the number suggested in the reply to this message during business hours. I followed the instructions and asked for the social media team. The person on the phone had no idea what i was talking about. I read them the post verbatim and was put on hold again. After a long wait I was told that there wasn't currently anyone who could help me. Of course I was invited to leave my name and number for possible help on another day. How is the source still in business??????
