The china & furniture is laid out in an appealing manner.It is well organized, tidy and attractive.They post pictures of new merchandise daily & you can find specs online to help you picture items in your home.The owner & staff clearly love what they do and know their stuff! A good friend has furnished a lot of her apartment from here.Can't beat one of a kind pieces! There are even a few designer bags & some vintage jewellery.

I emailed after hours from US and I was shocked when the owner Tammie replied to my email. She was eager to help me if she could. She checked on an item we saw online and got back to me right away that is was still available. Being 8 hours away it makes it hard for me to pickup the item. Tammie told me how to pay for the item first and allowed me to have someone pickup to pack and ship it to me. She was honest and explained this was not normal business and that she could not be responsible for any damage during shipping. I told her I completely understood and happy so far with her communication. Wish I lived closer to shop here.

Disappointed by the Singing Lady. I placed an order on Friday afternoon with the Singing Lady. 8-10 items, the main and only reason i went to their website in the first place being a pair of bookends. When i arrived on Saturday afternoon i was disappointed to find the bookends were not part of the order. No explanation provided. How hard would it have been to contact me to tell me that the item had been sold prior to my order? Respect is always a 2 way street, earned not given (even in Kovid). If i'm going to wait outside in -20C weather i should at least know in advance whether what i'm picking up will be available.

Nice store with a selection of things you don’t see many places. Prices vary some fair some WILD ! Staff are all extremely nice people !!! There policy of no returns or exchanges is a bit much as I bought something and in 1 hour called back to ask if I could exchange didn’t match my house. However they do explain that there is zero tolerance for returns !!!
