Instead of going to a \big box\ or \chain\ store, we decided to look for rugs at a local small business. We have been more than satisfied with the experience. The person we dealt with, Khaled, was unfailingly polite, friendly but entirely professional; he showed in-depth knowledge of product in general, of his stock, and of current design trends; he asked pertinent questions regarding our home decor including furniture, and offered relevant suggestions. We bought two area rugs and were pleased by both the quality and the price. We are quite happy to recommend The Rug Store.

Absolutely amazed at the service, quality and friendliness I received today at the Abbotsford Rug Store. Sadly I never got his name, but he went above and beyond to find me the Perfect rug. I was just visiting to check out area rugs. I was welcomed with knowledgeable and friendly staff then left the store with a rug I wanted and very good price. I would certainly return for more, if I need another rug.
These guys were amazing!! I was not sure at all which rug to buy for my house & I liked 3-4 of them & not only did they help me figure out which I should buy, they were super friendly and easy to work with. They let me take home a rug & try it out and bring it back, cuz I wasn't sure if it was going to work in the area. I didn't know rug shopping was this hard, but they made it super easy to do & stress free. The selection they have is amazing as well. I would 110% recommend them.
