Every moment in this hotel was breathtaking and memorable. Our room was one of the best views in the whole hotel. Richard @concierge was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. From booking us for our campfire time to suggesting things to do and places to eat. Every employee was friendly and accommodating. I couldn't pull myself away from our view. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

The hotel is beautiful and well cared for. The views are incredible. (Be sure to upgrade to a room with a view--its worth it!) However, it is the staff that truly made our stay amazing. They all went above and beyond to see to our needs and to make our stay so pleasant. They also utilize some very innovative ways to keep guests safe during COVID. You will love staying there! It's incredible!

Stayed here for 2 nights in February. First off the room was beautiful and clean. The view we had was amazing! But it went downhill from there. We had to send back our food at the Larkspur lounge as it was lukewarm at best, it was warmer the second time around but we expected a better experience. We then made a reservation at the front desk for a fire pit the following evening. When we arrived there was no record of our reservation. A staff member quickly threw a pit together for us around the corner, and away from the ambience of the beautifully lit up skating rink. We appreciated his efforts, but again we were a bit disappointed. Upon checking out we were charged full parking rates even though I signed up to be a Royalty Rewards member which includes 50% off parking, only to be told after the fact that it’s only for subsequent visits. I’ve submitted a review to the hotel manager but have yet to receive a response. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

This hotel is so cozy. The rooms have gorgeous views of the mountains surrounded by pines- it will take your breath away! As soon as we checked in we felt at home. The staff were so friendly, professional, and efficient. There are four different lounges/restaurants. It was great because it allowed for every person's financial budget. We had the pleasure of dining in the Larkspur. Larkspur was romantic with delicious food, an eclectic menu, and kind accommodating staff. The atmosphere is lovely- very relaxed. There was a pianist that serenaded us the entire time- she was talented and wonderful. She even took requests! Regardless of where you eat, you will be sitting amidst the mountains, soaking in memorable views. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive from downtown Banff. The hotel gives you a complimentary bus ticket that you can use your entire stay. We enjoyed our stay here immensely! Would definitely return :)

The concierge was intimidating but the desk ladies were incredibly nice. The food is amazing, the rooms are impeccable and it was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The views are 12/10. Banff. Very cash money.

It's no Fairmont. I've heard such amazing things about this hotel and was very excited to stay here for the weekend. I will say, the view is incredible. Unfortunately, the service was only okay. We were told check-in would be at 4 pm. We arrived at 3:45 pm and had to wait almost an hour for our room to be ready. Nothing was offered to us during our wait time. Small inconveniences like this continued throughout the weekend. Although our stay was still enjoyable, the only thing upscale and elevated about this place is the price... and the Primrose staff, they were amazing. There were a few Rimrock staff members that far outshined the rest. However, there were also a few staff members that were outright rude and condescending to our friends that were also staying there. I'm giving this a 3-star rating because the rooms were nice and clean, the bed was really comfortable and the food at each restaurant was excellent. Most of the staff members were welcoming, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, the behaviour of the few that weren't, negatively impacted our weekend enough, that we will not likely return.

Rimrock Resort Hotel offers patrons a great home away from home experience no matter the time of day, month or year. It is set on a sprawling green piece of rangeland that marvels even the well traveled people. It is beautiful as it is accommodative - and this is a great catch. The delicacies are finger licking great, well furnished boardrooms and present is a host of luxurious spa's, gym facilities and a watch tower to take in all the beauty!
