Seriously the best mechanic! Came here for an out of province inspection and it was only 95! Seriously good, honest people. They aren't just after you money like places like midas, Canadian tire and etc are. Super friendly and they'll do whatever it takes to make sure you leave happy. Do yourself a favour and come here if you need anything done with you car. For a 95 shop rate you can't go wrong. Also, added bonus: they have Netflix for you to watch while you wait. The staff are also the most genuine people. Everyone here's loves what they do and it shows. I don't plan on going anywhere else. These guys are the best in the business.
Great experience! I have taken my car 3 or 4 times there (16 years old car) and I have always had very satisfactory results. They take their time to explain what the problem is and what you need done and what not. Repairs took 1 or 2 days maximum and they have always honoured the quoted price, even when they under quoted me by mistake. Pretty honest place! I don't think twice where to take my cars if I need a mechanic...
Went to them for brakes. On Friday few hours before closing. They started to work on my brakes that day.. Phone me saying there little trouble.so they going bring a mechanic on a Saturday to finish it(which they have no mechanics on Saturday in). Which I did not care, did not need till Monday. But SUPER GLAD they did. Saturday night , got a call about family emergency. So had to rush to the Hospital. And the only way was with my truck. Brakes working fine, Price was cheaper then when got them done a few years ago at another place (were since I worked there labor was 1/2 off for workers)..Will go to The Right Price again.
Had my first experience with The Right Price Auto yesterday. They did an out of Province inspection on one of my cars. Muriel, Paul, and their crew are very friendly stand up folks who made me feel welcome and important right on arrival. They were very accommodating during the process and provided excellent communication. This is an honest shop with an old school feel to it. My kind of place. I would highly recommend giving them a try.
I was thoroughly impressed with the care and attention to detail offered by the owner and other staff I spoke with. I had some unusual issues regarding inspection requirements, and they really went above and beyond to ensure to provide excellent customer service. I don't think I've ever had an auto shop provide such excellent attention to an issue I've brought up. If they care this much about small details on low-profit services, I can only imagine how diligent they are when providing more extensive repairs.
My son and I both bought vehicles from Paul and we are so impressed with their customer service, and honesty. To know you are not going to get ripped off with a mechanic is rare. I highly recommend The Right Price Auto!
