I worked with Dr Usmani who performed my IUI and I had a great experience overall. She’s marvellous and the nurses are amazing (especially Steph!). Not to mention the best ultrasound technicians you’ll find - extra compassionate with a sense of humour! Even drawing blood with Beverly was sure to put a smile on my face. I was lucky to have a successful IUI on the first try, so my experience was short and sweet. The communication overall from RCC is certainly very choppy and needs to be reviewed so that clients are not left wondering what is happening and having to call/email repeatedly just to get back info, but other than that, I was very happy with my experience.

I am also shocked at some of the reviews on here. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 4 years now an we recently had a successful IVF ! Yay !!!! We were at another clinic before RCC in which we switched because they had poor client care and we really felt like a number. This was definitely not the case at RCC! After 2 years of being at RCC , from start to finish, we had a good experience. RCC took great care of us, monitored us throughout all of our treatments, made valuable suggestions, and investigated our situation thoughtfully. We have gone through 6 IUI procedures and 2 IVF procedures between the two clinics and now we’re 13 weeks pregnant ! I always felt that RCC had our best interest in mind and all of the doctors we saw were great! Dr. Corbett was our doctor and all I can say I she was a pleasure to deal with. She always had our best interest in mind and truly we couldn’t have done it without her support and perseverance. There were times that we felt things were hopeless and that we would never be able to get pregnant. But she always supported us and kept our spirits bright through the entire experience. It brings tears to our eyes because we are so thankful and relieved to finally be pregnant and we have RCC to thank. We couldn’t have done it without you! For those of you considering fertility treatment, this is the best clinic in the GTA and we would highly recommend it.. wishing you all the best! Stay safe !

I cannot articulate enough about how lovely my experience was at RCC. The professionalism, kindness, knowledge and compassion began right from the Reception Desk and extended through to the Ultrasound desk staff and technicians, to the nursing staff (especially Raisa, Stephanie and Cecelia) and most importantly, Dr. Usmani. The nurses and Dr. Usmani were so supportive and patient – I never felt rushed or as though I was a client, I was always made to feel like a patient with unique needs and valid worries. All my questions were answered and anxieties dealt with gently. I have already referred 4 of my girlfriend to this clinic and will be sure to send more. I am so thankful for the customer care; if you have the choice I would seek out professional care with Dr. Usmani. Thank you everyone, Lisa B

This place is NOT CLIENT BASED! Shannon Corbett runs the business and after meeting with her you will realize that she is 100% income based. Shes trying to generate as much as she can in the least amount of time, straight volume based. Lack of care, sensitivity, competence and organization is endless! Do not use...no respect for your time or what you have to go through.

Be warned!! Google search reveals storage costs range 275 - 500. New Life charges the 500 dollars. Other fees are equally high. I do not know if they are the best or not. Only that I will have paid the most for it. Shameful
