We had a pretty big project. Waterproofing, a new deck, landscaping, finish the basement, including our laundry room, new foyer and ground floor family room. We also upgraded our electrical panel. We added a basement bathroom and did a feature wall with a fireplace in our ground floor family room. They even built us a new mantel! This project started off great after meeting with Chris. He's the project manager for our area. He compiled a budget based on our numbers and fit everything in. Broken down to the penny. That's exactly what we wanted to see, where the money was going. The best part about having a project manager like Chris was that he took care of all the trades. So nice for us! All the work was well organized and we felt very safe with people coming and going when we weren't home. That was the most important part for us. Leaving our property in the hands of strangers can be stressful but Chris made us feel very comfortable. Once the job started things moved faster than I could have imagined. The team was also very clean, reliable, and professional. Our 2 small kids barely noticed there was a Reno happening. I should note that I'm extremely picky, especially with keeping the space tidy, however, whatever I asked them to do they did it and with a smile! We would recommend this company and will use them again in the future. A couple bumps in the road which is expected but overall a great experience. We found T-Roc through a baeumler approved list. Needless to say High expectations if you're a fan!
