Very beautiful, safe, clean and welcoming clinic. Warm, friendly, wonderful staff. Had the pleasure of meeting Dianne today and she is phenomenal! She is incredibly honest, gentle, patient, caring, knowledgeable and skilled! She enhanced the natural shape of my own lips (which is exactly what I wanted) and I absolutely love the result! The Powder Room is the only place I will trust for my medical aesthetics. They are experts in their field, and their service is second to none. The subtle changes Taryn has made to my face and skin with Botox and Fillers, has enhanced my features and left me feeling even more confident. She is truly an artist. She lets her client be a part of the process, making sure that you are so happy with your results. Not only that, she is the most kind individual, and I’m so happy to have met her.
The moment I walked in I felt very comfortable and the atmosphere is very inviting. The ladies at the front desk immediately welcomed me and were super nice. I was really nervous for my first appointment ever and they were really good at calming me! The injector was incredible, she examined my face and explained what was right to do for my face structure. She was very gentle and kind and I LOVEEE my Botox and filler I got! Over all, great experience

I've been coming to The Powder Room for a number of years and can truly say they are the best at what they do. Upon entry, proper Covid guidelines were adhered. Taylor and the rest of the ladies at the front are always friendly and stylish! Nurse Alina is an angel! Every appointment with her feels like I'm with a friend. She provides the utmost care and devotion to detail during your procedure and your end result will prove it!
There is no one procedure fits all and that is why you want someone who understands how to analyze the individual needs, take it slow as they figure out the way your face (muscles) react. I see them as artists at the Powder Room. They want you to be happy and go to great lengths ensuring you are. Nothing is perfect and I found after a couple of weeks after my first treatment that it needed a little tweak. Kelly bent over backwards to accommodate my crazy schedule and even fit me in for another wee treatment I was eager to have done! I am very happy with the results, the information, expertise and treatment while there. Lovely, each and every one of them. I can’t say enough. Thank you to the whole Powder room team!
All the staff members at Powder Room are absolutely amazing. Taryn is an amazing nurse, I am very happy with her work ️. She is conscientious, calm, compassionate, witty, sassy and was great at understanding my needs. I appreciated her operating style, we worked as a team, as she was injecting my lips and face she was asking me to look at the results and if I am satisfied before she can continue. That is a sign of someone who cares about the patient’s concerns and takes pride in their work. I asked Taryn for a natural look and that is exactly what I have on my lip fillers and cheek lift. I’m still a little swollen and sore but I’m so happy with the results. I am exciting to go back and see Taryn again in two weeks for my follow up appointment.
