For years, I had various companies perform annual maintenance on my home’s water filtration system, which was money wasted. Every filtration component eventually failed. The water had an odour and a taste. Taps were getting gummed up. The dishwasher’s motor failed. Only one company handled us properly. Oromocto Plumbing was extremely knowledgeable, affordable, and professional in every respect. The thoroughness and effectiveness of their repairs combined with their attention to detail was phenomenal. Extensive repairs were conducted in less than a day. The customer is definitely valued by this company. This company is a breath of fresh air! Highly recommended.

The planning process was excellent, Jennifer and Jacque had great ideas. They helped pick out the vanities mirrors etc. it was on time and on schedule. The shower turned out so nice. I would highly recommend this company.
Really really poor service. We bought a new heat pump from them and it is making lots of funny noises, they were in a rush at the time when they installed it. So we called for a service check but they did not bother to come. They just say '"That is the way it is" before even come and check out the situation. I think that is irresponsible as they just want to sell their product, perhaps in mass quantity, with no considerations of making sure the product is working properly. I would not recommend them!

Absolutely horrible service. We booked their services a month ago and had to pay 100% deposit. They said they don’t do site specs, and it was a flat fee and we informed them it would be going into our basement. They called a week before to push us back a week. Scheduled it for 12-2 and hadn’t shown up so we called for an update, now it would be 2-4. Techs showed up at 3, basically said they couldn’t do it, don’t even think they wanted to try based on the location we wanted it. They called the owner, spoke to my husband but he didn’t help, said it should have been 200 more, but that they wouldn’t put it where we wanted it. Basically said it wasn’t possible. We cancelled, and tried to express our frustration. BG services showed up for a site spec, said it would be no problem. They showed up today, installed it exactly where we wanted it. We are so incredibly grateful for their service. We sent the pictures to Oromocto plumbing and their response was that we must have paid more and that the unit installed was not the same quality. I ABSOLUTELY do not recommend this company. Their service was horrible and they didn’t even acknowledge that they screwed up.
I've been several times to buy parts for various household plumbing problems and projects. Not only have I been helped find the right parts, they always make sure you know how to do it and give you extra tips.
Definitely a sketchy spot. Was going to go with them after seeing an ad for their heat pump sale but I backed out after a few red flags. First off, they won't come to your house to do a proper evaluation of the best install location or # of pumps required. They ask you for a sketch of your home and that's how they get all the info they need apparently . Over the phone they said I'd need 1, 18000BTU unit but in store apparently I suddenly needed an 18000 and a 12000 as my home is a side split but according to them heat doesn't rise. Side note, their ads say *insert price here* installed but apparently installed doesn't include the electrical work which appears to be false advertising but don't try and argue with them on that because they know best Since going here I've contacted 2 other installers who actually came to my house, took a good look around and said I'd only require 1 quality, 12000BTU unit to effectively heat & cool my home. Neither also had anything positive to say about The Plumbing & Heating Shop and had many horror stories to share. Do some digging, you'll find lots of dirt in the cracks.
Couldn't ask for better service, and professionalism. Very polite and great workers. Clean install and excellent customer service. Easy to deal with and very knowledgeable, quick talk and they had us set up with the proper size unit for our home. Would recommend these guys and gals to anyone looking for a great company in the greater Fredericton/Oromocto area.
