Normally love the pizza from here, but we ordered it last night about an hour and a half before our delivery time. The delivery driver came 20 minutes late and the party pizza wasn't cooked.. the dough was still very raw, so raw that the dough had glued itself to the bottom of the box. The cheese had barely melted and the vegetables on it were kinda cold. The kids large pepperoni pizza was good, but the party tray for the adults was not. It was Halloween and I understand there was probably a ton of orders... so i didn't mind the lateness.. but when you have to scrap the pizza off the box and put it in the oven to finish cooking it.. thats just not right... next time please don't rush the cook time guys! We will still order pizzas from here in the future... but maybe not on holidays..

You guy's are the best! Especially during this difficult time You are the prime example of how we protect ourselves. I arrived for pickup, I saw an employee come out and place the pizza box on the table after he wiped it down. He also left a clean debit machine. I didn't understand what what's happening so he came back out there to tell me that my pizza is getting cold. Once I realized what was going on I got out out, tapped on the machine and put my pizza in my own pizza bag. As I was pulling away we waved at each other and an employee came out to wipe the table and the debit machine down to sanitize it and went back in. I have never seen such customer service anywhere. I still regret not being able to leave a tip. But I'm coming back to do so. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

Ordered from here when we first moved to Vineland 3 years ago. I have to say this time it was 100% improved. Pizza cheesey, lots of toppings and the wings were perfect. They said 40 minutes and we’re here in 30. Overall it was excellent!

Have been ordering from this location for years. We are not even a kilometer away but needed a pizza delivered for which I pay charges for and was told it had to be over 20. I have ordered the same before without any problem. They say to support local but will never order again from here. I will support other area pizza companies.

We order from the Pizza Shak for many reason, one because it's so easy to order on-line, two our order always comes on time and three it's exactly the way we like it. Do not hesitate to order from the Pizza Shak you will not be disappointed.
