Went it in for a quick free tire pump, staff was easy going and attentive even for a service that would make them 0 dollars. Needed a back light for my bike so talked to the owner and he gave a great deal. he was very knowledgeable and reasonable with everything bike related. Easy transaction and I have happily recommended this to my friends.

After going to two other places that didn't have the right parts and gave me bizarre attitude, this place was truly a breath of fresh air! The first place I went said they could "maybe" get it done in two days; this place guaranteed me they could get it done in the hour and did! They also charged me half of what the other places quoted me. They were just very friendly and enthusiastic about their work. The next time I need any work done on my bike I'm definitely going here. I was so impressed that this is the first online review I have ever posted or for that matter the only review am likely to ever post
no bullshit. zero attitude. super friendly. more than reasonable prices. repairing by bikes is a hassle. Especially when it's your own. Places that don't tack on the extra fees while assuming you don't know jack are really rare. These guys are great.
This place is great. My wife and I were spending a day with friends and family at the nearby park. Unfortunately my wife's bike was out in the sun all day, and out of nowhere we heard a large PFFFFFFF. That was the tire rupturing (well tube rather). We went to the nearest bike shop which was The Pedal stop. At the time it was closed, and we were a little bummed, but one of the staff was still onsite and asked to help. We said all we needed was a tube, and we did a quick purchase (and for an excellent price too). The staff even let us borrow the tools needed in order to replace the tube, and stated to leave them in the mailbox when finished as the staff was on his way out. Overall was a splendid experience. They could have left us for walking back, but helped out immensely. 10/10 would buy again A
The service is friendly and attentive! No frills and they don't try to up sell you if you don't need it, did my repair on the spot. Highly recommend!
Had issues with my bike - went to pedal stop - they fixed it - straight to the point. The number of times where it feels like other bikeshops try and give you the run around is ridiculous. I know my stuff, and my experience at the Pedal Stop was blunt, quick, and very reasonably priced. Best shop in town for repairs. The owner Alex is also a very honest guy!
Just came from The Pedal Stop and had some amazing service!!! They are my new bike shop now that’s for sure! They are friendly guys that fixed my issue right on the spot. Thank you!!!! young lady ;)
Service was exceptional! Was met at the door when my trailer (carrying two tired kids) had a flat. The shop didn't have the size required to replace a busted tube, but wanted to help me out so came up with a quick fix to get me rolling. I will be going back because I was treated so well!
