I got a balayage done for the first time and I am obsessed with how my hair turned out! Victoria is super talented and so sweet! I was nervous when I walked in, since I had never colored my hair before but Victoria walked me through the entire process and I knew right away that I was in good hands. She addressed all my questions/concerns and also took the time to educate me about how to take care of my hair after my service. Victoria also gave me a haircut that suits my face whereas I previously had one that clearly didn’t. I am so glad that I finally found someone who could help me achieve my hair goals. If you’re looking to get your hair done, go see Victoria and you will not be disappointed!

I went in for a post lockdown, covid hair nightmare, bleach blond - grown out, 1 inch roots, naturally a black/brown hair colour.... let's just say, my hair was... YIKES. She made magic happen in a short 3 1/2 hr appointment, and i went from drab to fab. See photo below. Anyway if you're reading this, don't hesitate to go, Victoria is awesome. Salon is super nice, has an old school office look to it, they have great washing stations - the kind where you lie down and they can really get at all angles of your hair.

Benson gave me the best cut of my life! Not only is he knowledgeable about Black/curly hair care but he is an artist when it comes to his barbering. My cut had clean lines and is fierce but feminine. Benson really created a stunning look for me; the compliments have not stopped, even weeks later. They use high quality products and I even got a nice head massage. The salon itself is beautiful, clean and inviting. Already booked another cut and will be getting my hair coloured with Vic this time! Book your appointment, you won't regret it.

My first time at the hair studio! I was greeted by Victoria and Benson at the door. Right there and then I knew this was the salon to be at. Victoria took the time get to know my hair and what I wanted, she gave me her honest opinion! She definitely worked her magic on my hair with her fantastic products. I walked out of the salon feeling refreshed with amazing hair! Excellent customer service this is definitely a place that takes pride in what they do!! I’ve been coming to The Office for over a year now and each time is an amazing experience! Victoria has magic hands and always knows exactly what I want. I can only trust her to colour and cut my hair and the outcome is always mind blowing! Very professional service and everyone who works there is friendly.
