These people are nothing but AMAZING!!! My sister dealt with another audiologist who unfortunately ended up putting a hearing aid in her completely deaf ear. Not only was Lori able to identify and correct the errors that were made, she was able to help my sister to understand her tinnitus and recommended tools for her to cope with her very serious problem. These tools were extremely beneficial to her and have helped her with her quality of life. They know and understand their clients and above all, they care!
