Although there are some issue I do think can be fixed with delivery, in person shopping is always a delight. What I can say is that Kevin and his team are passionate about their customer's experience as they are their product. After having a poor experience and writing about it, I had a call within 20 minutes asking how they can do better. I am always willing to re-evaluate my opinion when people see the wrong in the situation and want to make a change for the better. Looking forward to upping to a 5 star with my next experience :) Thank you for caring about your customers!

My boyfriend and I took a trip to Niagara Falls for couples weekend. We saw this little spot close by and figured we'd give it a try, since neither of us have ever been to a dispensary. This place was very clean, organized, friendly, and spacious! Definitely an amazing experience. We got to smell and SEE products before purchasing them. There are a few tables with various strains available for you to look at before you purchase. I really like this idea because I tend to get anxious ordering something I have no previous experience with, by the time I got to the register we knew exactly what we wanted, and we were confident we made the right choice, no pressure. Highly knowledgeable staff and very friendly.

Knowledgeable and consistently friendly customer service. Clean, fun atmosphere with plenty of options to choose from. They have been extremely adaptive during the Pandemic and even before, catering to all customers needs at any given time. They choose amazing product and I have received good information and product for myself when dealing with the Herbalist. They really do feel like family!

The location, store front and staff are amazing! Beautiful spot, nice simple green decor, and incredibly knowledgeable staff. I asked a staff for 2 types of weed, a focusing one and a relaxed one. Both do the job and nicely but BOY IS IT EXPENSIVE. My local dealer is selling at LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE. I realize this is due to laws and demand but until prices drop, it's not worth it. I got a HQ on sale for 25 which is actually a good price.. but it was the last 'on sale' weed. The quality is also EXTREMELY DRY. You can bust the nuggets with just your fingers lol, I like a drier weed but that's crazy.

Love the atmosphere of the place. Staff is pretty knowledgeable, only thing to look out for is over dried herb. If you take the extra second check when it was harvested and if they put moisture packs in them or not. Besides that, great place with decent prices.

I love the atmosphere and awesome aesthetics of this establishment. The owners and staff are down to earth and very knowledgeable about their products, which are diverse and always being revamped. I definitely recommend getting all your herbal refreshments from Niagara Herbalist
