Had a flex pipe replaced on my truck today. Saw the replacement part and was satisfied with it so said go for it. The flex part had short pipe on either side. I justified price of repair because I don't have a welder and expected that the part would be welded based on other quotes... and what I would consider good workmanship. When I got home I had a chance to crawl under and take a look at the repair. Apparently THEY didn't have a welder either because they just clamped it. Now I know why it didn't take long (about 20 minutes). So, to make two cuts in old pipe and clamp new part in was 110 labour... for 20 minutes; that kinda rate would make a dealership blush. I could have done that, and would have had I known that was all they were gonna do. Feeling kinda shystered. Now I know why their shop was the only one around that wasn't busy. won't be Mufflerman next time around.

I would like to thank Josh and Rob for an outstanding job they both do at the front desk. They have always taken the time to listen and squeeze me in on the busiest days. True professionals.
They Replaced my motor and transmission in my mazda, had an issue with the first transmission, but it was dealt with in a proper manner, and timely decision, got done fast and never had a problem, Josh and his team are great to deal with most of them there’s a couple that aren’t the greatest to deal with. But josh is probably the best one to deal with. Good Pricing, Honest Manger. Will definitely be back in the future thanks guys for everything!
