I moved here at the end of January with my partner and have been madly in love with the building, staff and my unit! The designers for this building spared no expense in making this building chic, modern and stylish, with quality touches and finishes. The minute I first walked in, I felt as though I was in an upscale hotel; it’s as if I am on a vacation but instead I get to call it home. I promise you, Rhapsody hires the best and finest in the rental industry! Having moved from a sister building, Via123, with their amazing staff to now encounter gems here at The Montgomery made this move all worth it! Kate and Sandra welcomed my partner and I with opened arms with the warmest smiles and tightest air hugs you will ever get! Terry is a joy to talk with whenever fulfilling a maintenance request. He is simply efficient and quick! I knew Manny and Amy from Via123 so seeing them again brought a smile to my face. They are wonderful and amazing individuals and have become a part of our extended family. The units speak for themselves. High-end finishes, with open living spaces and great balconies. I cannot wait until restrictions are lifted to host and entertain in the vibrant Yonge and Eglinton neighborhood. Thank you Rhapsody and staff of The Montgomery for keeping everything a renter would love in mind and for making this move an amazing experience so far!

We’ve been living here just over a week now and we absolutely love it. We took the risk on signing the lease without seeing it in person due to the whole COVID situation but Manny from the property management was SO helpful with the whole rental process and showed us many pictures and videos so we felt confident to choose The Montgomery. The concierge staff is amazing and incredibly nice too. Moving in was a also a breeze and they gave us some really nice gifts upon move in. We have a dog and there are many cute dogs in the building and I love how much the building accommodates dogs. The concierge also gave us high quality treats when we moved in which was also really amazing and next level customer service. And let’s not forget the building is attached to Stock TC and if you’re a foodie, you’re going to love it. We highly recommend this building and the location! We also discovered that the Battle at the Montgomery Tavern took place here so it comes with some really cool history too. They also do a lot of community events including digital events. They did a really cute Lady and The Tramp themed one for dogs which we moved in too late for unfortunately but we are very much looking forward to the next community event to meet all of the awesome tenants!
The Montgomery has been my home for the last two years. I absolutely LOVE it here for three main reasons. First, the building itself and the amenities are fabulous. The gym is stunning (when its open!). I especially love the kitchen area in my unit. The building is also very pet friendly. For a dog lover that was truly the selling point :) Second, the location. Everything I need is literally right out my front door. Third, the staff. This is very important. Since day 1 all of the staff here have gone above and beyond to make the experience of living at the Montgomery the best it can possibly be. It really is like a family here. Terry, Manny, and Sofia are my family away from my family :) A big shout out to Terry for fixing everything and anything as soon as he can. Everyone is very professional. I cannot say enough great things about this place. 5 star rating!
If there was a six star, I could definitely give another. This places goes over and above in terms of what I'm looking for in an apartment. I've only talked about the apartment so far...the neighborhood is also an added bonus! Love it! Can't wait to lease another term.
We leased a 2BR apartment at The Montgomery for one year. It was such an enjoyable experience for our family. The staff was wonderful and looked out for us. The amenities are fantastic particularly the workout facilities. We are sorry to leave but have great memories.
