The best gluten free bread I've ever had! (I've been gluten free for three years.) I honestly wouldn't need to choose gluten bread over this. It's just too bad I'm going to have to make regular trips to Red Deer now. Please open up a location in Calgary soon!

Vanessa and her team make some amazingly tasty gluten-free stuff! It's so awesome to have them in our community :) If you get a chance to try the maple bacon cupcakes (Vanilla was my fave!) you won't regret it!
Pleasant staff, but the decor both in and out was unappealing. The food was nice, but they only had a limited range available. Not sure if its really a cafe too or not! Nice to see them trying to make good food, but it does lack quite a bit! sorry.
Only stopped in once but will return when I have the chance. Bread was incredibly moist and soft considering it was gluten free. And the cream filled cookies were dangerously good. Our family doesn't have any dietary restrictions but we thought we'd try this because we heard it was rated so highly, we were curious and have many friends with dietary restrictions. There was a write-up about Maple Tree being one of the top ten gluten-free bakeries in Canada, and I believe it. Was a bit pricey but I expected that and understand why, with the extra work and different ingredients involved in the food production. Can't wait to come back.

Amazing. I am addicted. This is some of the best gluten free food I've ever had. Non-GF friends can't even tell that it is gluten free! You can eat their "French Bread" without toasting it!!! Fantastic Cinnamon buns, bars, loaves, muffins and the OREOS are my greatest weakness. The lunch I had last week was superb (too hungry to get a pic, unfortunately). They're just getting started and you can still feel that, but it's part of the incredible charm of the place.
The smell in this place is amazing and the treats are even better. Must come check it out, you'll love it!
