The drinks were amazing and the dessert was really good. I believe the hosts name was Samuel and he did a great job in helping find a table and providing great service. We parked in the front of Fairmont and I had asked if I could leave my keys with valet and I would pay the charge but I was advised to not as it wasn't busy. When we were leaving the valet workers were a bit rude and told me I had to leave keys with them. I asked this in the beginning and was told not to.

It was so much fun sitting in the lounge for drinks and apps, while listening to live music before heading out to dinner! We loved the cocktails but the food is okay. We ordered a charcuterie board which was sub-par. Overall a fun experience though!
Absolutely love the vibe here, the live band is great, drinks are great & food is amazing however, the service is lacking came here 2 weeks ago Saturday night and found that the waitress took periods of 40-45 mins or longer to come and see if we needed a refill/ was ready to order (had to wave her down every time) And that has happened before that too. That's the only thing that should be looked at, more attentive, prompter service
My friend and I decided to go to the Lobby Lounge for a cocktail hour and have a warming summer time with cocktails. We definitely couldn't have chosen a better place to spend our day. First, even though we didn't book a table, the host was so welcoming and asked us if we wanted to be placed on a high or low top while following up with the COVID19 protocols. Second, the server Krista was very proactive and kindly introduced herself and explained the menu in details. So, we decided to try the SPICY WATERMELON MARGARITA. My friend found it too spicy but it was very tasty for me. However and after asking how the cocktail was and listened to my friend's opinion, Krista suddenly showed up with another less spicy version of the same MARGARITA. We were thrilled due Krista took really good care of us. Third, when we ordered the CHEESE CHARCUTERIE, another server (don't remember his name but added a picture of him) kindly presented the dish in detail, so we could have an enhanced experience with such delicatessen. Overall, our experience at THE LOBBY LOUNGE is one that definitely needs to be shared with others. They know why they're on TOP of service and how to bring a high class experience on the table at all times.
A classy yet cozy lounge with excellent live music at night, a nice selection of small bites and seafood, and a decent wine list. They claimed that their sushi is one of the best in the city, but in all honesty it did not meet expectations at that price point. However, it was fresh and nicely presented. It does get quite busy at night with a mixture of business people, hotel guests, and walk ins. A much quieter and calmer environment during the day time. If you’re not staying at the hotel, there are lots of street parking/parkades around the hotel. Great place for couples, or to catch up with friends.
Great place for seriously good cocktails, they have quite the extensive menu to choose from. Very modern interior design, live music, friendly staff. The sushi is good, fresh, beautifully presented and on par with the best Japanese restaurants in Vancouver. The desserts were fantastic, well worth the indulgence! Overall, on the expensive side though.
