Why does this place have such high turnover in staff? Both faculty and admin! It is very confusing and makes my child very uneasy as they are always seeing new faces working at reception and always new teachers, she is never able to get used to staff here. Sad, as the facility is quite nice, but there is no space for kids to put bags and coats away. Always pile up near studios. I feel like they do not care about quality of service and always new new new. I will find a studio next year with more stability that cares more about quality and what we want instead of new ways to take money. There is mandatory “uniforms” for all dancers now and seems like they only want more of our money. I don’t think they listen to what parents and kids want at all. And no refund if your child does not want to dance here anymore because of too many new teachers. Not good place.
My partner signed us up for an adult tap class. I am a somewhat socially awkward person. Summing up all of my courage, I walked in the door of the studio and immediately was greeted with a smile and a hello. The staff/instructors were jovial and encouraging. I immediately started to feel my anxiety melt away. The energy in the studio is one of a nurturing family. I wont be hitting broadway with my tap moves, but I am a better person for the experience. Thank you.
