Jonathon was very helpful in us choosing the correct watchbands for our watches. This was the first time in the store and were greeted with a friendly greeting and left to browse on our own. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive watchbands which was a change. We will certainly go back to the Jewellery Factory for future purchases etc.

He took the time to listen to what I wanted in a no pressure environment. We had a custom ring made and I was so happy with the result. We ended up getting both our wedding rings here too and have the best customer service .
