Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was looking for a cabinet lock. Was pointed to the locks section, wasn't on the shelf. Asked a staff member who was in the same aisle if they had such lock(I took the old one with me as a reference), maybe I didn't notice it. She said she wasn't sure, but the younger guy that she was with knew where it was and walked me over to the next aisle to where they were stocked.

Good selection, check outs are a bit unnerving. Useless staff hovering and smiling that dead-fish smile. Prices over inflated, but thats par for the course.

Excellent customer service by Carolyn. I’d ordered a squeegee online, and the pole had arrived after about a week or so, but the rubber blade was still MIA after 3 months (still showing “in transit”). I’d been following up, but not making progress. Carolyn investigated for me, and when she couldn’t track it down, she offered to refund the pole and sell me a similar squeegee at a good discount. As it turned out, the blade was buried deep inside the box (weird because the blade and pole were sold as two separate items), so there was no exchange needed in the end, but I’m still impressed that she was willing to go the extra mile. Only giving 4 stars because I think this could have been avoided if the distribution centre had been more clear in how they were shipping it. The in-store part of the purchase was definitely 5 stars!

Very well set up compare to other HD like Vernon. The only concern we had was the lack of help we got in the Kitchen and Bath area. The girl was to busy looking at here computer screen on a Sunday morning.
