Yet again anytime I try to purchase anything from here it is a bad experience. Tried purchasing 11 fridges and 11 stoves one time and couldn't even be bothered to give us the time of day. Fast forward trying to purchase a pellet stove stood around for 45 min after asking an employee working in that department for help but he was to busy talking to his buddy. It always seems when you dont need help they are all over you but the minute you ask for help they vanish. Then today call customer service to ask a question about making a purchase for curbside pick up and after waiting 45 minutes on hold then explaining what I was trying to do he proceeded to just hang up on me.

Got a worst experience today with two sales person. First one not knowledgeable about anything just looking to skip me and move out have no knowledge about tools and products that he is selling I ended up asking a customer to recommend me the tool. There are some knowledgeable person like Tom and one young guy whom I met in isle 3 was knowledgeable and recommend me good product. But most staff are busy in chit chatting among themselves it’s not Walmart to walk in and pick up stuffs need to ask staffs and staff should be knowledgeable and come forward to help.
