Honestly not even worth the trip. I was in there recently to get a new fridge. The gentleman working said they only had one left of the style I liked in stock. He had given me a print out of the fridge with the price so that I could come back in an hour with my bf and a truck. When we came back they would not honour the price that was on the sheet, telling me the fridge was a grand more than what they said.

Went there today to buy a light fixture. The one I wanted required a special light switch. On the box it said to check the Home Depot website. Hard to find anyone to help me but saw 3 employees standing and joking. Finally another employee walked by and I asked if anyone worked in lighting and he said he could help. He had no idea how to find out which switch would work and just stood there saying nothing. I left the store and bought one elsewhere. Terrible service.

Never had a problem till Feb 22 2021, around 645pm tried to return a product that was faulty and was denied as the store police changed from 180 days to 90 day on that day, the the lady at the return counter was rude in a nice way, condescending, like it was the joy of her day to deny my return even though I purchased the item during the time frame of their \covid policy\, it still states the 180 day policy on their web page as I write this review, Im 50 a have 3 houses, I have done much business with home depot, the item was a 23 thermostat lol, in any event I have one more return to do with them and this item is within the 90 day range. after I will avoid Home Depot all together as much as possible for now on.

We originally went to Rona to purchase a BBQ, however after waiting in vain for someone to help us out (and even paging someone) no one showed up. So we hopped across to Home Depot where we had no problem getting assistance from Tom. He was extremely friendly and helpful, and even discounted our purchase, as it was end of season. Best of all we got a floor model so no need to wait. We then found a few other items and accessories, which were well stocked, especially given the end of season. We are very happy with our purchases. Thank you, Tom and Home Depot, for a great experience! Perhaps you could teach the staff at Rona a thing or two about customer service. As a result they missed out on sales of almost 1000.
