2020-11-24 Price Guarantee Misleading. HD does not match Best Buy Online prices because Best Buy does not have a retail presence in Cranbrook. *Nobody Beats Our Prices Guaranteed. If you find lower price, we'll beat it by 10%. Online-only retailers subject to price match policy.* So Cranbrook is saying that because Best Buy is not an online-only retailer, that is Best Buy has both retail and on-line, they don't have to match the price. So what's the solution... buy from BestBuy save 500 and let the local dealer they just lost a 5000 sale on a major appliance sale. If HD is going to play games with the wording of their price guarantee, I would not want to have to argue with them over a warranty claim.

Staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. If they can't help you they will find someone who can. Usually have what you need in stock or they can order it in promptly. Home depot card is great, spend over 300 then it's interest free if u pay it off in time, which can be anywhere from 6 to 18 months. The app tells if they got the item in stock and where it is.
