My first experience here. Got a toilet repair kit, best sale price and stock availability in the city. Directions about entrance and exit not clear at 7 pm when I was visiting. But otherwise good experience.

Lots of staff ready to help on the floor. Always alot of cash register open with self checkout available or with staff. I always find what I need.
I went there with a shopping list without knowing what I am looking for. And they helped me without any hesitation. speical thanks to two ladies(sorry I didn't ask their name) in the 1) gardening department and 2) hardware department.
Worst customer service over the phone. I called South Keys first actually as I thought I placed an order from there and the lady was absolutely lovely - and she directed me to Gloucester. The gentlemen on the phone answered saying Hello what do you want? I then proceeded to say « Hi how are you »? Again he said Ma’am what do you want in a very rude tone. I was calling in to see the status of an order I placed online. I thought saying how are you and being nice to customer service was something that people liked but apparently not this gentlemen. Once he looked up my order and gave me an update I say thank you and he hung up. No « have a good day » nothing. This is the first time I leave a 1/5 star review anywhere.
Nice plants collection and helpful staff as always.
