DO NOT ORDER APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT! Purchased a new washing machine from them, with a \Scheduled delivery date\ for a week later. Recieved a call from the company who was supposed to deliver it and was told they had NOT recieved it from the manufacturer. Turns out Home Depot is only a procurer... They take your money and bear NO RESPONSIBILITY for the items they sell you after that. Now I have to wait another 24-48hrs for a reply from the manufacturer, to see \if and when\ I will FINALLY receive the washing machine that I already paid for.

Went for a few lights and some plumbing hardware, but ended up buying a few more things that were on sale; things I usually buy anyway. They even had some cool Halloween Decorations out (September 23rd). Enjoy!

i recently had the privilege's of finding out you can not use gift cards online!, pretty sad to say the least, a big corporation like this and they don't provide this option but promote gift cards? come on guys lets step it out you have what about 100 stores here in this area alone and during a pandemic i thought you would have revised this seeing as after a little digging this has been an ongoing problem for years.

No help what so ever! We were ready to buy multiple tools accompanying signs said a free battery accompanied the tool with purchase. We waited 30 min for a Home Depot employee to come back and give us an answer about the free battery and other tools we had inquired about because the website for this location indicated there were 7 left in stock. The 3 staff helping us took a look at shelves and said they were out of stock. Don't even bother going to this location, no help and misleading signs about free items.

They are not organized at all for curb side pick up. Ordered something simple in the morning for same day pickup and never got the email, called them the next day at noon for an update and been rudely told that is not ready and might not be ready till tomorrow (2 days later than the same day pick up i chose a check out)....canceled the order and went to home hardware, drove there and told them what i wanted and they went inside to get it with no fuss, this is the right way of doing it.
