Always great policies when it comes to returns. Customer service was excellent, they just needed some verification because we didn't have the bill. The store was clean and the staff was not too busy to assist us. The Home Depot just has the right enough of varieties to choose from.

Was there close to closing time. Aaron in lumber took the time to look up a tool box to see if another store had it then took the time to call the store to see if they could put a location on that item. This Employee truly went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for in another department. Even went further by helping me find one at another store. So many times people would say that's not my department or we are sold out and just end it there. He truly went above the normal service I get. Thank you for your help in getting me the tool I was looking for.

We ordered a door from Home Depot in Cobourg in August. There was a “glitch” in their online ordering program, so our door was not ordered. We weren’t angry. Things happen. It’s 2020. We ordered the door again. It came two months later and it was the wrong door. The store said basically it has nothing to do with them and we should order it again. They contacted the distributor who agreed it was their mistake. They apologized and we were told to would be expedited to us. Fast forward three weeks later and our door hasn’t even been shipped!! We are now in month FOUR of this! The most we’ve received from Home Depot is an apology. They haven’t followed up with anything and the only reason we get answers is if we call and do the legwork. We will never deal with this location again. So disappointing.
