I had the pleasure of going to Home Depot in Bowmanville today about an issue I had with some cellular blinds I purchased last week. I was helped by Nicole V. from the blinds and window covering department. She was so helpful and kind. I feel she went out of her way to solve my problem and even told me when the next time she would be working in case I had any other issues after I when home and fix my blinds. At a time like this when it seems many retailers are having less staff working due to COVID-19, it was so nice to be able to find someone to help me right away and have it be such a nice and helpful person.

They’re a joke. Bought a lawn mower missing parts, apparently sold “as is” for a mark down price with no indication that was the case. Big box stores win again. Won’t be buying from them anymore

Started off in the appliance department. I needed hardware. The lady in hardware was very helpful. BUT. She called and directed us to the hardware section, called for help through the ear piece. It took forever for someone to come help. We did end up with everything we needed

Went for a curbside pickup. There's a clearly marked aisles area. Hit \I'm here\ on your phone . You then provide parking spot number and car make, and they're out with your purchase in 10 minutes for me. Really smooth!

The staff are great and very friendly. Love this branch and almost everyone who works there have great sense of humor. Not to mention you always find what you need.
