Immediately the appliance specialist was exactly that. My experience with him was above and beyond. I left feeling confident and in capable hands in these busy times etc. I wanted to shop local but wasn't getting customer service there, I went here and he delivered. So I purchased a skill saw from here today, got it home, I guess it was a return because it was missing a piece and had no packaging on anything , had to go all the way back to return it , frankly its a joke , they didn't seem to give too much of a care a the return desk Was it disinfect after whomever had bought it before I did during the pandemic??? Anyways you've lost my business , i'll buy from elsewhere!

Bigger variety than somewhere else in town. Sometimes takes a while until you find who can help you if you need a help. Takes longer at the rentals, but it is acceptable. When asked, always got an excellent customer service.
