This guy took my personal items from my computer and harassed me with them. When I confronted him he gave me a refund. If you have sensitive or private stuff on your computer... dont go here, because he will save it and do who knows what!!!!

So disappointing. Poorest communication and customer service I have ever received. I was told my machine would be repaired and 7 to 10 days. 4 Weeks later after a multitude messages with no response from Calvin I was finally able to pick it up. The repair lasted 4 weeks. And now the machine is broken again. Same problem. I have again messaged Calvin he does not respond. He told me he backs up he his work for 90 days but I guess you have to be able to get a hold of him to actually get follow-through on that. Dealing with this man and his company has been a tremendous waste of time and money. I cannot warn you enough to stay away.

no effort was made to reply to my text messages (preferred by this service provider) or follow-up voicemails. 30 hours later, i had no choice but to move on to another provider who was interested in providing the service i need.

Colin seems really nice, but unfortunately the problem with my laptop is unresolved after servicing. Even more unfortunately, I contacted Colin to let him know that nothing changed after he serviced my computer and asked for advice (and hopefully resolution), but two weeks later I've yet to receive a response. I'm happy to support small businesses, but ideally it's in exchange for a needed service rather than money spent as a sort of donation. Oh, well. Money is a renewable resource, I guess, but if you'd rather not give yours away for nothing, perhaps look elsewhere for computer support? Idk.
