Incredible quality of Vietnamese food found here...must stop if you're in town! Even have a decent selection of bubble tea and Vietnamese coffee!
They have a delicious selection of different dishes available. Fair prices and good portion sizes. We ended up buying four dishes for the two of us and had lots left over for the next day. I picked up the order and while I waited I enjoyed the simple but nicely finished decor. Friendly and fast service on a Sunday evening as well.
We ordered a number of things to try a range options offered. We ordered the Pad Thai, Cilantro-Lime Salad with chicken, Rare Beef Pho, and Bahn Mi. This review is based on personal taste and I recognize that this may vary based on personal taste. The Pad Thai was good however a bit on the salty side, the salad was nice and refreshing, the rare beef was not rare however it was great and broth was fantastic, and finally the Bahn Mi was great however lacked cilantro, it could have used a more generous portion. As a whole we would absolutely eat here again. I am glad to see all the new food options in Castlegar.
This was a huge surprise.. some of the best traditional style pho broth I have ever had. The spring rolls are hand made - fantastic. The other dishes I saw go by also looked and smelled incredible. The food is huge, delicious and very reasonably priced. It was brightly lit and a bit noisy. Staff was great. Definitely recommend
